If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You can return your item of jewellery within 14 days of your order’s delivery date for a full refund. Any item/s returned must be unworn and in its original condition in order for your return to be processed. Please use the original packaging to return your jewellery item to us. Any jewellery item returned to us will be subject to inspection before any refund is processed.
To return your jewellery item you must contact us by email at office@ringsoflondon.com before you send the product, giving us your Order Number and the reason for returning the item.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a jewellery item/s are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping to Rings of London Ltd. Please ensure the item is insured against loss or damage. We suggest you use a suitable postal delivery service such as “Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Service” and ensure the parcel is insured for the full amount.
If you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately for assistance and if possible please send us a photograph of the damage to the item.

Under no circumstances write Rings of London Ltd, Jewellery, Diamonds, etc. on the parcel or any word that may draw attention the package contains a jewellery item or items.
All returned jewellery items not complying with our Returns Policy will be returned to you without refund. If you return a jewellery item purchased with a promo code or on the “Friday Sale”, you will get the refund of the amount paid on the returned item minus the promotion amount applied. You will then lose the promotion amount of the returned item.
Any amount due will be refunded back onto the debit/credit card originally used. Please allow up to 7 working days for this process to complete.
If we do not receive your returned item we will ask you to provide the Proof of Postage receipt you obtained from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this Proof of Postage.
