Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 14 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product is not used or damaged
- The security ribbon around the jewellery item must not have been tampered with or removed
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
1. To request a refund please contact us by email: office@ringsoflondon.com before you send the product;
2. Please give us the Order Number for the item you wish to return (for your Order Number please check your Delivery Note);
3. Please advise the reason for the refund in the comments box;
4. Instructions on how to return the item will be emailed to you within the next 24 hours;
5. You are advised to read our Terms and Conditions
Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of postage if you choose to return an item.
Any amount due will be refunded back onto the debit/credit card originally used. Please allow up to 5 working days for this process to complete.
In the event that we do not receive your returned item, we will ask you to provide the Proof of Postage receipt you obtained from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this Proof of Postage.

Under no circumstances write on the parcel the words “Diamonds” or “Precious Stones” or “Gems” or “Jewellery” or any other words that may draw attention to the package containing a jewellery item.
Shipping charges
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping, to Rings of London Ltd. Please ensure the item is insured against loss or damage. We suggest you use a suitable postal delivery service such as Royal Mail Guaranteed Delivery.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

From a Health and Safety consideration and to prevent the spread of infections and in the interest of hygiene and for the protection of all our customers, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our exchange and refund policy.
Personalised Jewellery
Rings of London is unable to offer exchanges or refunds on personalised jewellery orders. We cannot provide exchanges or refunds on items that have been specially altered and/or personalised for you in anyway.
